Goals of the Centre
Kids Fort Child & Out Of School Care in Fort Saskatchewan tries to understand the needs of each child and offers a playful and comfortable environment. In our multicultural centre, we follow certain child care goals that are monitored by the director and adhered to by the staffs who work hard to:

Offer a variety of equipment that is stimulating for the children

Give access to well-instructed and interesting books

Provide games and puzzles that are appropriate for his/her level

Provide both indoor and outdoor equipment along with enough space for children
The director takes care of the following on an ongoing basis:

Motivates the staff to be caring, friendly, and neat, and act as good role models for the children

Encourages the staff to seek professional development opportunities continuously

Inspires the staff to use “I” messages and have active listening skills

Encourages the staff to treat the children in our child care centre as unique individuals
